About The Position
America's Thrift Stores is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Processing Team. As a Processing Team Member, you'll play an important role in preparing donated merchandise for the sales floor by sorting, inspecting, pricing, and organizing items. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team. Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and inspect donated merchandise.
- Prepare, clean, and price items for the sales floor.
- Load and unload carts safely and efficiently.
- Package and organize products for shipping when needed.
- Operate equipment, including balers, following all safety procedures.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with your team to maintain an efficient product flow from donation to the sales floor.
