About The Position

The VTS Processing team member will efficiently process donated goods into priced and sellable merchandise. This position will require between 16-30 hours per week depending on need and availability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer/donor experience for all customers
• Effectively share Vapor mission with customers
• Inspect each item that is donated for quality
• Adhere to the departmental sorting systems
• Establish proper set-up of the donation/processing systems
• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge
• Perform quality evaluation and control
• Utilize pricing guide effectively
• Ensure a properly organized workspace
• Ensure a clean workspace at the closing
• Assist the Retail Team with the opening and closing checklists
• Actively participate in Holistic Development Plan (HDP)
• Participate in One-on-One process
• Attend daily Huddle
• Understand and adhere to Vapor Ministries’ preferred culture
