About The Position

This management position is responsible for leading the processing team to achieve daily and weekly production goals in a fast-paced environment. The role involves training new employees, setting daily goals, managing administrative tasks, and communicating with the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will embody KARM Stores' mission and core values.

Requirements

Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting.
Commitment to KARM Stores’ mission and mission statement.
Computer skills including general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
Must become proficient in production to meet established goals.
Ability to stand up to 100% of a standard work day.
Ability to lift and bend up to 75% of a standard work day.
Moderate to heavy physical activity, potentially requiring frequent strenuous activity.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds is essential for job performance.
Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

Produce quick and accurate work in a fast-paced environment, staying above the company average of pieces produced per hour.
Motivate and encourage the processing team to adhere to daily and weekly production goals.
Train new employees to ensure they have the essential training needed for success.
Appropriately set daily goals and plan the day according to projections/targets.
Complete administrative needs of the store with accuracy and organization, including schedules, coaching documentation, performance logs, and other necessary operational documentation.
Communicate regularly with the Director of Operations to address store issues, praises, employee relations, etc.
Lead and equip the team by living out the Mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide and carrying out the Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable.
