About the role As a member of Corebridge Financial, you will work closely with management on the Operations team whose primary role is to provide maintenance transaction processing for our clients’ accounts. The Team Lead/Processing Specialist is responsible for handling and delegating out sensitive transactions to their team mates as well as overseeing the daily operations of the team with an emphasis on customer centricity while delivering quality work. The Team Lead/Processing Specialist engages in activities with internal and external customers to meet client needs while consistently meeting established goals, service level agreements (SLAs) and remaining compliant with required regulations and audit controls. Corebridge Financial is currently hiring and has the ability to complete virtual interviews, onboarding, and training. This position is currently work from home and may lead to working in office in the future. Manage resources across multiple sites for maximum effectiveness to ensure transactions are processed timely and with accuracy. Establish relationships across various lines of business in order to coordinate consistent practices to achieve business objectives inclusive of developing efficiencies and improvements to the client (Group + Participant) experience Exhibit strong leadership skills. Ensure each client experience results in stellar quality service with established standards. Actively participate in team and individual meetings routinely, provide training and tools necessary for processing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a financial or insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and skills to include leading by example, coaching techniques, counseling, group facilitation and change management.
  • Strong business acumen to support decision making and execution of winning strategies and tactics in a fast paced and dynamic service environment.
  • The ability to adapt to change, drive for results and build relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, flexibility, quickly adapt to change, foster teamwork, and solve problems.
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, customer service skills and project management skills required.
  • Knowledge of V-system, AWD is desired
  • Proven record of providing direction, motivating, and growing teammates to drive high levels of performance.
  • Effective organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines, department standards for quality and productivity
  • Display and utilize good judgment on a consistent basis
