About The Position

Processing Specialists receive steel and turn it into parts ordered by customers by bending or cutting it with lasers and/or saws. They then clean and inspect the material and load it onto trucks for shipment. The role supports a culture of safety by following company safety policies and safe work practices. The position is based at the Kansas City Service Center, where the company describes the team as close-knit and open-minded, with a competitive warehouse environment.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
At least 18 years old.
Basic math skills.
Basic literacy to read instructions and use hand tools.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Receive steel material.
Bend or cut steel using lasers and/or saws to produce customer-ordered parts.
Clean and inspect processed material.
Load material onto trucks for shipment to customers.
