About The Position

Processing Kitchen Operators are responsible for operation and running batching computers and ensuring that all production goals are met. These individuals are responsible for making sure that proper order sequencing is followed. They mix and dump raw materials into mixers, obtain materials from the storage area using a shovel or wheelbarrow, and transport them to the batching area. They measure specified quantities of materials according to batch cards using scales or a measuring box, and dump material from sacks onto a conveyor leading to the mixer or empty bulk material from a wheelbarrow into the mixer. They are also responsible for keeping work areas orderly and clean.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Able to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shift
  • Quality driven
  • Self-motivated
  • Willing to learn
  • Dependable & punctual
  • Able to lift 30 lbs.

  • Machine Operating Experience preferred
