About The Position

Processing Operator I 3M is seeking Processing Operator candidates for 3M Indianapolis, Indiana. Here, you will make an impact by: Maintaining standards for all materials and products. Maintaining all products for proper testing and receiving. Maintaining communication with production coworkers and supervisors. Maintaining quality & safety standards.

Requirements

  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • Minimum two (2) months of previous experience of operating production machinery.
  • Working 8–10-hour shifts, overtime, extended hours, weekend, holidays (as needed), and short notice shift coverage.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • 6 months to 1 year of operating production machinery.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Systems.
  • Working a team/group
