Discover Impactful Work: As part of our Process Technology Team, you will contribute to defining, enabling, and executing the manufacturing process strategy across the Filtration and Separation Division network. The team ensures the network is technically capable, capacity-aligned, cost-competitive, and scalable to meet current and future customer demand. A Day in the Life: Serve as a technical authority for manufacturing process capability and network readiness. Optimize production processes, implement new technologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure the efficient manufacture of high-quality products while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements Manage process improvement projects to drive cost reductions, improve efficiencies, and enhance manufacturing capabilities across our operations. Provide technical expertise for new product introductions. Develop and validate manufacturing processes. Implement automation solutions. Work with cross-functional teams including but not limited to R&D, Quality, Production, and other departments.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.
  • Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree (preferred major in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related field))
  • Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar)
  • Experience in process validation, equipment qualification, and change control management
  • Experience with automation systems, PLCs, and manufacturing control systems
  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies and root cause analysis
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and relevant engineering software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
