Requirements

  • Willingness to be flexible and perform tasks and functions as needed

  • Basic math skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

  • Minor equipment maintenance
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to frequently lift and move 50 lbs.
  • Steel-toed safety shoes
  • Demonstrated ability to determine cause and effect
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good work, safety, and attendance records
  • Knowledge of and adherence to personal safety, company food safety, product purity, and departmental procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and work with management, co-workers and other departments
  • Demonstrated ability to work over or come in early to set-up or shut down the line

  • OPM and PC experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and skills
  • Lift Truck License

Responsibilities

  • Setting up, operating, and monitoring crème, capper, and other equipment to ensure our products meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting and making minor equipment adjustments.
  • Accurate reporting using our OPM system.
  • Working closely with team members across departments.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Helping minimize waste.
  • Training and developing others on equipment and line operating functions.
