Process Technician I - 3rd Shift
About The Position
This position will perform tool changeovers, perform start-ups, provide technical expertise on molding floor, document changeovers, analyze data and write technical reports, recommend corrective actions through root cause analysis, perform minor tool and press maintenance, work closely with Engineering, Automation and Maintenance. Duties include mold setting and change overs, startup difficult molds, such as those with hydraulic core pulls or hard-to-run materials, demonstrating a superior working knowledge of all presses, documenting tooling changes made by filling out appropriate paperwork, assisting in solving problems using root cause analysis approach, recommending corrective actions, performing minor tool maintenance, and performing minor press maintenance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mold Tech training certifications
