About The Position

As a Process Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring crème, capper, and other equipment to ensure our products meet quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot and make minor equipment adjustments, and accurate reporting using our OPM system. You’ll work closely with team members across departments, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help minimize waste. If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit for you.

Requirements

• Willingness to be flexible and perform tasks and functions as needed
• Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and ability to work without direct supervision
• Basic math skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and be organized
• Minor equipment maintenance
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to frequently lift and move 50 lbs.
• Steel-toed safety shoes
• Demonstrated ability to determine cause and effect
• Basic computer skills
• Good work, safety, and attendance records
• Knowledge of and adherence to personal safety, company food safety, product purity, and departmental procedures
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and work with management, co-workers and other departments
• Demonstrated ability to work over or come in early to set-up or shut down the line
