About The Position
The Thermoforming Process Lead Technician is responsible for overseeing and coordinating thermoforming operations within a manufacturing facility. This role ensures the efficient production of high-quality thermoformed products through leadership, technical expertise, and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in thermoforming and manufacturing leadership required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of thermoforming technicians.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance support.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Set up and adjust thermoforming machines for optimal production.
- Monitor process variables to ensure quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and address product deviations.
- Maintain accurate production and machine records.
- Prepare reports on output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
- Train team members on equipment, safety, and procedures.
- Identify and support skill development opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams.
