About The Position

As a Process Technician, you are responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection blow molders and extrusion machines, ensuring our products meet all quality standards and customer expectations. This is a direct hire, permanent placement role with benefits starting on day 61. Requirements

  • Mechanical inclination – you like to fix things, use tools, work with your hands.
  • At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a high-volume production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of extrusion or blow molding machines and equipment is a plus!
  • Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanical systems is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Operating extrusion and blow-molding manufacturing production machines and equipment.
  • Monitoring and adjusting production machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure) to keep production running smoothly.
  • Troubleshooting machines and doing basic maintenance.
  • Checking product quality to assure it meets customer specifications (e.g., bottle weights, dimensions).
  • Teaming up with your co-workers to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Learning new skills with hands-on training and career development opportunities.
