About The Position

To provide technical support to the production process in formulation, pour technology. This role involves troubleshooting and implementing action plans to solve part problems, requiring interaction with Production, Tooling, Quality, and/or Maintenance groups. The position also includes responsibilities for line start-up and shut-down procedures, managing schedule changes, and reacting to process-related quality problems including load variations. Participation in advance quality planning teams and ERT is also required.

Knowledge of quality requirements.

Required to work shifts.
High School Diploma or Associates Degree in Science Discipline.
3+ years of production experience in “on-line” operation.
Good Communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Regularly required to sit and use hand to fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally required to bend, walk, balance, talk and hear.
Must occasionally lift, push and pull up to 30 pounds.
