About The Position

We are looking for a qualified, motivated individual to join our company as a Blow Mold Technician. This role involves operating Blow Mold Presses, performing assembly of product as directed, completing minor maintenance of presses, and following established procedures to reject nonconforming products. The technician will also complete daily production activity logs, process machines, maintain a clean work area, and move finished product. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Good hand/eye dexterity and ability to cross-train
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing and/or walking for extended periods
• Perform repetitive motion activities
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written work instructions
• Experience in using diverse types of manufacturing machinery and tools
• Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic team environment
• Self-motivated with results-driven approach
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Follow escalation rules
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Nice To Haves

• Experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience in plastic injection molding environment a plus, but not required
