We are currently searching for a 2nd shift AML Process Technician to join our team at our Spartanburg Plant in Spartanburg, SC.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in related field
  • Able to operate any position in area.
  • Must have a valid Auria Spartanburg forklift license.
  • Proficient in using a calculator.
  • Must be able and willing to work overtime and weekends.
  • Must be safety oriented.
  • Effective communication skills required.
  • Ability to adapt to minute-by-minute changes.
  • Ability to drive a forklift

Responsibilities

  • Execution of any additional tasks as assigned.
  • Perform all needed DTM and TPM activities as decided by plant management.
  • Functions to include but not limited to: Process Troubleshooting, Gripper Adjustments, Tool Changes, Roll Changes, etc.
  • Assist maintenance with all/any preventative maintenance as decided by plant management.
  • Ability to execute all job functions of the AML Process
  • Program and make adjustments to programs for all PLC equipment.
  • Perform Operator Preventative Maintenance functions.
  • Ensure that all processes are within QC standards and procedures.
  • Maintain standards of housekeeping and cleanliness for work area and equipment (5S).
  • Follow all workplace safety rules and regulations and attend all safety training sessions as scheduled.
  • Provide feedback to Production Management that will assist in the optimization of production processes.
  • Notify Production Management of any issues that impede the completion of daily production, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures; break schedules, and start/stop times.
  • Interact with fellow associates in a team-based cooperative and respectful manner.
  • Execution of any additional tasks as assigned.
