About The Position

The Process Technician is responsible for basic machine operation within the manufacturing environment.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Less than 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment
Excellent mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and work ethic
Reliable
Must work safely
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in English; both written and verbal
Read common measuring devices including but not limited to: calipers, micrometers, pi tapes, thermometers, tape measures, scales, load cells, etc.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows software (Excel, Word, etc.)
Safety Glasses are to be worn at all times when on the production floor
Safety Shoes to be worn at all times when on the production floor
Must wear appropriate PPE for all work activities performed; varies based on work

Be able to operate gantry robots (ET, TW, U4).
Cut and test NOLs
Operation of basic power tools (saws, drills, etc.)
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance process on machines
Operate the parts saw
Operate the extractor
Consistently, completely, and competently fill out paperwork
Basic FPM and FPS operation
Basic part programming
Be able to locate and follow OP’s, OI’s, and training procedures
Be able to start a NCR and take it to the 5 Whys
Consistently and accurately set the heated roller ADF, and install and align torches and thermocouples
Other duties as assigned
