About The Position

This is a hands-on role for experienced Process Technicians who take pride in running equipment the right way and are looking for a stable, professional environment. Join a stable, family-owned plastics manufacturer with over 50 years of success, including a new, state-of-the-art Fort Worth facility designed for efficiency, safety, and long-term growth. This role is for professionals who value accountability, consistency, and building their skills over time. You will play a direct role in keeping production running efficiently, safely, and to specification. Your ability to set up equipment correctly, troubleshoot issues early, and maintain standards directly impacts quality, uptime, and delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability
  • Solid manufacturing experience (injection molding strongly preferred)
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to follow GMP, safety, and standard work procedures
  • Clear communication skills and dependable work habits
  • Willingness to learn, improve processes, and take ownership
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with GMP, ISO, Lean, or 5S environments in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers)
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Nice To Haves

  • Injection molding experience
  • Familiarity with IQMS or similar manufacturing systems

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support injection molding and blow molding machines
  • Perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments
  • Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and auxiliary systems
  • Complete preventative maintenance and basic equipment upkeep
  • Work closely with Quality to resolve issues and verify specifications
  • Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, scales)
  • Complete setup, production, and maintenance documentation accurately
  • Maintain clean, safe, and audit-ready work areas
  • Support and mentor less-experienced team members
