About The Position

Supports engineers in improving manufacturing processes via machine setups, collection and analysis of production samples, and collection and analysis of data. Plans sequence of operations for experimental trials, exercising judgment in compromising between conflicting requirements, economic evaluation of methods, and operator effectiveness and comfort. Conducts tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over such key process variables.

Requirements

• Considerable technical and content knowledge of working in a manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working with Engineers and Manufacturing Operators
• Independently able to solve the vast majority of problems and ambiguities by examining pertinent facts and evidence
• HS/Equivalent Required
• 7+ Years in Manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Excel
