About The Position

The Process Technician IV supports engineers in improving manufacturing processes through machine setups, collection and analysis of production samples, and collection and analysis of process data. This role plans and executes experimental trials, conducts testing and measurements throughout production, and helps evaluate process methods for effectiveness, efficiency, and operator comfort.

Requirements

Considerable technical knowledge and experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Comfortable working collaboratively with Engineers and Manufacturing Operators.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work effectively with engineers, manufacturing operators, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
