We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Process Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and troubleshooting injection molding processes while ensuring high-quality production and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Shift: 10 pm- 6 am (Monday- Friday) occasional overtime
Requirements
- 2+ years of injection molding processing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Experience working with robotics and automated systems
- Knowledge of scientific molding principles
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
