About The Position

The Injection Molding Operator is responsible for following the training parameters to become competent in injection molding machines. This is a full-time position on the 3rd shift.

Requirements

• Hand-eye coordination
• Basic math skills
• Six months manufacturing experience
• Ability to stand for up to long periods of time
• Must be able to pull, push, and stretch out with wrists, fingers, palm, and forearm

Responsibilities

• Load plastic tubes onto molding machine and activate the machine
• Unload tubes from core pins at the end of the molding cycle
• Maintain cycle times
• Visually inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality specifications
• Pack finished parts for shipment
• Keep equipment and work area clean
