About The Position

The Process Technician I role is an entry-level position focused on supporting manufacturing and production processes. This role involves developing technical skills under close supervision, performing routine tasks, and identifying basic process issues. The technician will be responsible for testing, inspections, and measurements, as well as following established procedures and work instructions with accuracy and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration within the work group are essential.

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or process-related environment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform testing, inspections, and measurements throughout the production process.
• Comfortable working under close supervision while developing technical skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete work within established timeframes.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the immediate work group.

Nice To Haves

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree
