Process Technician I
About The Position
This role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment and processes to maximize productivity. The technician will perform audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards, conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting on equipment and processes, and adjust machine settings and process parameters as needed. Responsibilities also include recording production data, maintaining accurate logs, collaborating with team members to optimize production efficiency, and identifying/reporting any issues or deviations in the production process. The role also supports the implementation of process improvements and new technologies and machinery.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of assigned production processes and equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
- Attention to detail and quality focus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- Some prior experience or training in fabrication preferred but not required.
