About The Position

TSMC Arizona is hiring Process Technician Apprentices for its 2027 cohort in a two-year Technician Apprenticeship Program. The program combines supervised on-the-job training with a mentor, related technical instruction delivered by an education partner in a classroom or online, and personal and professional development. Training aligns with TSMC AZ and national standards. Apprentices are full-time TSMC AZ employees and are expected to participate in both work and educational programs, follow company policies, and make satisfactory progress in the apprenticeship. Upon successful completion, a Process Technician Apprentice will work in an office-based operations environment, monitor wafer processing, respond to alarms and real-time issues by analyzing situations and following SOPs, and use manufacturing systems and data analysis tools.
