About The Position

The primary focus of the person is to support compressed gas cylinder manufacturing through various operations: cylinder assembly and preparation; basic gas filling, blending, venting, and vacuuming operations; processing equipment; transport and movement functions; final packaging cleaning, inspection, painting, leak checking, and labeling; packaging, shipping, loading and unloading; completion of production and logistics records. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Keep Personal and Interpersonal Safety highest priority
  • Conform to all site-specific policies and procedures
  • Perform a variation of processes related to compressed gas cylinder preparation, cylinder handling, cylinder filling, final product packaging, and shipping & receiving functions
  • Perform various SAP Transactions to maintain a streamlined stock, production, and sales order flow
  • Perform tasks associated with stock, production, and sales order realization including cylinder requisition, record recording, data management, record handling
  • Collect and record basic operations data to ensure process optimization and product quality
  • Support raw material and product inventory maintenance
  • Review raw material specifications for conformity
  • Provide feedback and/or participate on potential quality improvement and safety projects associated with operational processes
  • Perform basic system maintenance and calibration
  • Enter work requests into SAP for required maintenance
  • Enter work data results into TLIMS system
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized work area
