The Process Support team helps maintain the flow of operations within multiple departments and improve the process within those departments. We are a fast-paced and driven operations department with a focus on quality and open communication. As a Process Support Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting, analyzing, and improving processes across multiple departments. A primary responsibility of this role will be supporting other lines of business in operations during planned and unplanned absences. The Operations Analyst will also perform process reviews in the direction of the manager. These reviews will be communicated to leadership and used for justifications for projects and improvement opportunities that the analyst will lead. Special projects may also be assigned in the direction of the manager. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities, which will include multiple initiatives assigned by Bank Operations leadership.
