The Process & Strategy Analyst II is an experienced, hands-on practitioner who helps teams move complex priorities from intent to measurable outcomes. The role provides flexible initiative, program, process, prioritization, analytical, change, and delivery support based on organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in product operations, business operations, program or initiative delivery, transformation, process improvement, business analysis, change enablement, or related work
  • Experience enabling complex cross-functional initiatives from definition through launch, adoption, and follow-through
  • Experience facilitating intake, prioritization, planning, or portfolio-review processes
  • Experience developing analyses, recommendations, and decision materials for leaders
  • Experience aligning business, technical, operational, and vendor contributors
  • Experience managing dependencies, decisions, risks, readiness, communications, and adoption
  • Experience working in matrixed environments without relying on formal authority

Responsibilities

  • Helping leaders and teams define outcomes, scope, decision rights, success measures, workstreams, sequencing, and readiness for complex initiatives.
  • Building and actively managing fit-for-purpose plans, decisions, dependencies, risks, and actions needed to maintain momentum and achieve the intended result.
  • Facilitating intake, prioritization, planning, and review cycles.
  • Develop clear analyses and decision materials using value, customer impact, effort, readiness, dependencies, risk, capacity, and performance data.
  • Maintaining useful portfolio visibility and surface tradeoffs or emerging constraints.
  • Assessing stakeholder and operational impacts; develop practical communication, training, readiness, launch, and adoption approaches; and help teams sustain change after implementation.
  • Identifying recurring friction in how work is planned, decided, documented, tested, or launched. Improve reusable methods, playbooks, decision records, knowledge assets, and business-acceptance practices without adding unnecessary process.
  • Coordinating with business, Technology, Engineering, Data, UX, QA, Finance, Legal, Procurement, vendors, and other partners to clarify resource needs, ownership, dependencies, and commitments.
  • Supporting pod, Agile, sprint, and planning processes and escalate gaps that require leadership decisions.
