Requirements

• Requires associate’s degree and at least 3-4 years of experience in plastics processing or in a related area.

Responsibilities

• Monitors machine efficiencies by reviewing downtime, scrap, and provides suggestions and methods to improve results.
• Establishes process guides for use by production.
• Identifies process deficiencies, identifies root causes, and takes corrective actions to remedy problems.
• Ensures process achieves desired product specifications.
• Works in conjunction with maintenance and quality to ensure specifications are within tolerances.
