About The Position

Content Management Service Expert - AEM/Contentful/Contentstack – Digital Services Process Specialist Responsibilities: Manage content on webpages by closely interacting with the end clients. Manage expectations and resolve queries from clients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience relevant to the job description
• Job requires communication with clients.
• Demonstration of excellent business writing and spoken ability is needed
• Strong Analytical, logical, problem-solving ability and attention to details
• Understanding of common software project management practices

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of experience in Content Management System
• Proficient in HTML, Java script, CSS
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Web Authoring experience in AEM, Contentful, Contentstack
• Good knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
