About The Position

The Process Pump Specialists provide knowledge and skills for customers' industrial pump needs. They work with Motion Industries' Account Representatives to identify, quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales, and independently pursue OEM accounts for the same. They provide technical support and educate customers, Account Representatives, and CSR's about pump products. They also collaborate with Motion Industries' Branch Managers for business planning to achieve product sales goals and coordinate vendor resources to support Motion Industries' Account Representatives. Routine face-to-face interaction with customers is expected to build strong relationships and maintain satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED and two (2) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
Sales and engineering knowledge of pump products with a focus on industrial related products.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Strong organization and detail oriented.
Moderate computer skills with an ability to use Microsoft Outlook.
Strong sales experience with emphasis on growth in new opportunities.

Responsibilities

Works with Motion Industries' Account Representatives to identify, quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales.
Independently pursues OEM accounts to identify, quote, engineer, and close product solution sales.
Provides technical support and educates customers, Account Representatives, and CSR's about pump products.
Works with Motion Industries' Branch Managers to provide business planning to reach product sales goals.
Works with and coordinates vendor resources to build relationships and support Motion Industries' Account Representatives.
Routinely interacts face-to-face with customers to foster strong relationships and maintain satisfaction.
Performs other duties as assigned.
