Requirements

5+ years of related technical experience.
Be familiar with programmable controllers and their application.
Understand hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical power transmission systems and components.
Must be able to work at heights, stairs, on roofs, lifts, and silos.
Experience with basic shop and hand tools.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Be able to use analytical problem-solving skill in diagnosis of equipment problems.
Strong people skills – communication, listening, team player, and ability to influence.
Effective written communication.
Positive attitude driven by internal customer satisfaction.
Work effectively independently as well as in teams.

Nice To Haves

5 years of experience with the setup and operations of blown film equipment.
5 years of experience with the setup and operation of packaging equipment.
High School diploma, College, or Technical School.

Responsibilities

Support manufacturing through troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and modifications to equipment and processes.
Training, coaching, and development assistance of production personnel.
Provide continuous process improvements.
Assist in improving Quality, OEE, and reducing manufacturing costs.
