About The Position

ProVest, a large legal support services firm, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Hamilton County, TN. This is a 1099 contract position with weekly pay per completed job. The role involves delivering legal documents such as foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices on behalf of law firms and financial institutions. Servers will work independently and manage assignments using ProVest’s mobile apps.

Requirements

• Reside in Tennessee, preferably near Sumner County
• Availability 3–5 days per week, including Saturdays
• Ability to complete 15–20 service attempts per day
• Willingness to visit courthouses for document pickup and drop-off
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting

Nice To Haves

• Private Investigator experience
• Experienced Process Server
• Law Enforcement or Security background

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas
• Manage assignments using ProVest’s mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)
• Return completed documents
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times
