About The Position

ProVest, a leading legal support services firm, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Davidson County, TN. As a Private Process Server, you will work independently to deliver legal documents such as foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices on behalf of law firms and financial institutions. This is a 1099 contract position with weekly pay per completed job. Original case files will be mailed to you, and as a non-local server, you will not be required to report to a ProVest office in person. You will have a dedicated Tennessee liaison for support.

Requirements

• Reside in Tennessee, preferably near Sumner County
• Availability 3–5 days per week, including Saturdays
• Ability to complete 15–20 service attempts per day
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting

Nice To Haves

• Private Investigator experience
• Experienced Process Server
• Law Enforcement or Security background

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas
• Manage assignments using ProVest’s mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)
• Return completed documents
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times
• Visit courthouses for document pickup and drop-off
