Legal Document Server/Delivery Driver $17-$20 Hr.
About The Position
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Process Servers. This is a flexible opportunity offering both part-time and full-time hours, with the ability to work as much as you’d like. The role involves serving legal documents such as summons, subpoenas, and court papers, with an expectation of completing 3-4 service attempts per hour. You will travel along assigned routes, starting near your home, and will be responsible for accurately tracking routes, mileage, and hours using a mobile app. This position requires you to work independently and manage your own schedule efficiently. The employment type is temp-to-perm, lasting approximately 3.5 months, with an opportunity for long-term placement after the temp period. Work begins when you arrive at your first service location.
Requirements
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Obtain a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Strong time management and reliability
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Willingness to undergo a drug screening
- Willingness to undergo a polygraph (required for commissioning)
