About The Position

We are seeking experienced process servers in Tennessee to serve legal documents as part of our growing contractor network. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position where you can grow your own business while receiving steady, consistent assignments. We offer consistent contractor work, weekly payments of $40.00 per defendant, the freedom to run your own business, and flexible scheduling. You will receive clear instructions and support from our team. Requirements

Must be able to attempt all cases (assigned to you) at a minimum every 72 hours.
Must activate all cases within 24 hours of receiving the FedEx package/emailed documents.
Able to make a Saturday attempt on all files assigned to you.
Must fill out worksheets and scan them in on completed cases only within 24 hours of the service date (must have access to a scanner/scanner app).
Utilized our Mobile apps to capture photos of addresses, place detailed attempt notes, and serve and non-serve cases in the mobile app.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance are required.

Responsibilities

Submit the original civil warrant to the clerk's office and scan to ProVest the stamped copy within 72 hours of the service date.
Fill out worksheets and scan them in on completed cases only within 24 hours of the service date (must have access to a scanner/scanner app).
Utilize our Mobile apps to capture photos of addresses, place detailed attempt notes, and serve and non-serve cases in the mobile app.
