About The Position
We are seeking an experienced, California-registered Process Server to handle civil process serving throughout Lassen County as part of our expanding contractor network. This is an independent contractor (1099) role where you can grow your own business while receiving steady, consistent assignments.
Requirements
- Current California Process Server registration
- EIN required (independent contractor status)
- Comfortable using mobile apps to receive assignments and submit proofs
- Professional, reliable
Responsibilities
- Handle civil process serving throughout Lassen County.
- Make up to 5 service attempts at varying days and times.
- Complete services within 21 days.
