About The Position
We are seeking an experienced, California-registered Process Server to handle civil process serving throughout Siskiyou County as part of our expanding contractor network. This is an independent contractor (1099) role where you can grow your own business while receiving steady, consistent assignments.
Requirements
- Current California Process Server registration
- EIN required (independent contractor status)
- Ability to make up to 5 service attempts at varying days and times
- Comfortable using mobile apps to receive assignments and submit proofs
- Professional, reliable, and able to complete services within 21 days
