About The Position
Join our Process Sciences team and gain real hands‑on experience in cell culture and bioprocessing. This role is perfect for individuals who are excited about lab work, learning new techniques, and contributing to meaningful scientific projects. This role offers excellent exposure to upstream bioproprocessing, cross‑functional teamwork, and real‑world project ownership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, or a related field
- Hands-on technical lab experience and demonstrated competence in basic lab techniques
- cGMP experience is a plus
- Strong focus, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM shifts when needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with mammalian cell culture using aseptic technique
- Familiarity with small‑scale fed‑batch bioreactors (2L)
Responsibilities
- Support small‑scale experiments and essential lab operations, such as: Media and buffer preparation, Aliquoting and aseptic transfers, Bioreactor builds and probe calibrations, Autoclaving and general lab support
- Run cell culture experiments from shake flask to bioreactor
- Assist with sample analysis and maintain accurate, organized records
