Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. An additional four years’ of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in process improvements, Business Operations preferred in implementation of cross functional processes, tools and reporting.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of enterprise ERP, Business Information Systems, Process Documentation.
  • Ability to document complex business processes.
  • Proven ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization from executives to staff members.
  • Demonstrated knowledge with Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle.
  • Ability to gather relevant data and information.
  • Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Prior experience with complex projects and documentation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Ability to travel International and Domestic up to 25 %.

  • Lean Six Sigma and/or demonstrated process improvement expertise a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist projects to improve critical business processes to support company objectives and Key Performance Measurements.
  • Coordinate project team members for department specific and/or cross-functional improvement initiatives and ensuring project delivers the intended business value.
  • Coordinate several general improvement projects or may be assigned to a specific Performance area to assist all projects associated with not meeting the operational KPI.
  • Support the PDCA cycle for those KPI's and work with teams to develop the corrective actions and coordinate the implementation of those improvements.
  • Document the current business processes and support the development of future state by documenting the business requirements for tools, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist with projects to transform current business processes to meet company goals and objectives ensuring project meets cost, schedule, scope and, business value.
  • Document as-is and future business processes to turn business requirement into documents for procedures, applications, tools and reporting.
  • Document business case justification for process improvement projects.
  • Document key performance indicators for company-wide as well as individual organizations including lead, lag, and process improvement measurements.
  • Supports scorecards, graphs, and reports as required.
  • Collect data to identify risks and perform root-cause analysis on areas of risk.
  • Track action plans, working with cross functional teams.
