About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Supply Chain professional to drive manufacturing performance, ensure operational excellence, and support cross-functional execution. This role plays a critical part in maintaining safety, quality, and delivery commitments while proactively addressing risks and optimizing production strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience OR Advanced degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in Quality, Operations, or Supply Chain Management, including new product introduction (NPI)

Nice To Haves

Experience with SIOP / SI&OP processes
Strong customer relationship management and problem resolution skills
Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

Responsibilities

Champion a culture of safety, quality, and compliance as top priorities
Partner with Program Managers to deliver clear, effective communication on manufacturing plans and operational performance
Drive rapid resolution of issues, including quality, supply chain, and operational challenges
Collaborate with site operations to develop inventory strategies and production schedules aligned with demand, lead times, and capacity constraints
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to operational performance
Support and facilitate closure of Supplier Requests for Information (SRI) and First Article Inspections (FAI)
Lead material availability efforts, including Last Time Buy (LTB) and substitution strategies
Provide key inputs into the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process
Partner with Product Line Teams to assess rate readiness, identify gaps, and execute action plans
Ensure alignment of labor, equipment, and tooling capacity with both short- and long-term production demand
