About The Position

The Process Owner is a member of the plant leadership team and plays a key role in providing management and leadership to deliver business results and operational improvements. Under direction of the Business Unit Manager.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Business, Food Science, Engineering or related field is helpful
• 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required
• Ability to lead, empower and mentor large teams of hourly associates is required
• Strong communication, leadership skills
• Strong accountability, consistency and follow-through skills
• Ability to work optimally with a wide array of plant personnel ranging from hourly employees to senior management

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day manufacturing operations within an assigned area and shift and Uses the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) to accomplish operational goals.
• Achieves productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety, and employee engagement objectives through both individual and team contributions.
• Leads all aspects of Trio members, providing direction, leadership, development, and support to direct reports.
• Empowers team members through collaboration, on-the-job assignments, and continuous improvement projects.
• Develops, implements, and promotes safety programs and safe work practices, actively participating in plant safety teams and initiatives.
• Develops strong employee relations by maintaining an effective organisation with qualified personnel and supports continuous improvement efforts and cross-functional initiatives to drive operational quality.
