Join us in Miami, OK—together, we are expanding our capabilities to shape the future of pet care. As a Process Operator, you’ll work hands-on with a collaborative team to support to production. With safety top of mind, you’ll ensure that our equipment and machinery remain in top-notch condition as you use your quick problem-solving skills to address equipment needs throughout the operation day. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military or related environment
Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Schedule and batch commodities and/or meat slurry into accurate batches of mixed meal delivered through the hammer mill mixing and screening systems.
Operate a forklift to efficiently transport materials.
Safely operate production and processing equipment.
Perform quality checks and meet product specifications.
Perform sanitation duties and material handling.
Safely and efficiently operate, troubleshoot, and make minor repairs on operating equipment, using lock out procedures as prescribed.
Utilize computer technology and basic math skills to perform job duties.
Occasionally work at high heights within plant to fulfill job duties.
