Requirements

4 years site experience
4th Class Power Engineering Certificate
Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Attach your TSSA operating tickets with your application in order to be considered

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in engineering is an asset

Responsibilities

Learn and adhere to the refinery’s management systems
Work on a crew covering a qualified post within an operating unit
Operate the refinery equipment in a safe, efficient manner according to established practices, procedures and operating guidelines
Perform preventative maintenance and trouble-shooting to maintain process equipment
Monitor the operation and equipment for deviations
Review and adjust equipment and process variables to maintain a safe and environmentally sound operation and to ensure product quality
