About The Position

Interested in a career that matters? We’re looking for a team‑oriented, self‑motivated, and hard‑working individual to join our Production Department as a Process Operator. In this role, your main responsibility will be to learn and monitor the production equipment that supports the yeast production. You will work closely with other operators to ensure production is completed effectively, efficiently, and in a timely manner to meet production schedules and goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant work experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Basic computer competencies with standard software knowledge
• Ability to operate production equipment and working knowledge of relevant procedures
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Producing products safely and within quality specifications
• Maintaining compliance with GMP policies and standards
• Participating in safety tailgate meetings and incident/accident investigations
• Participating in training and development to become certified in all areas of production
