About The Position
FLINT is seeking Process Operators to join our team in Fort McMurray starting ASAP. In this role, you will be working in a Tailings environment, operating and maintaining electric and diesel pumps & completing groundwork. This position offers a 14-on/14-off schedule with 12-hour shifts. Flights and camp accommodation will be provided by our client, and benefits are available after 300+ hours worked.
Requirements
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSO
- 6000 hours of oil sands processing.
- Experience in Extraction
- Experience in Froth Treatment
- Experience in Utilities
- Experience in Tailings
- Experience in Ore Preparation
- Experience in Chemical Injection and handling systems
- Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 9 demerits.
