About The Position

FLINT is seeking Multi-skilled Equipment Operators with dewatering experience for a permanent project position in Fort McMurray, AB starting August 2026. This position will include groundwork. In this position, you will enjoy a 7/7 schedule, camp accommodations or local, flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.

Requirements

Minimum of 5,000 hours of combined experience operating support equipment (Loader, D6 or larger Dozer, 450-class or larger Excavator, Grader).
Willing and able to perform groundwork.
Hold a valid CSO (Common Safety Orientation) from Energy Safety Canada.
Physically capable of performing demanding job duties in various weather and site conditions.
Able and willing to train on new equipment as requested.
Able to provide a clean 5-year driver's abstract with fewer than 6 demerit points.
Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Dewatering or Pipe Fusing experience.

Responsibilities
