Process Operator - Formulator
About The Position
AOC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process Operator to join its manufacturing team. The role is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of production processes. The Process Operator works with team members to monitor and control production, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment. Attention to detail and adherence to standard operating procedures are important to ensure product quality and consistency. The position involves operating and monitoring production equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting, maintaining accurate production records, and collaborating with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements. The operator uses technical knowledge to interpret documents and schematics, resolve production issues, and communicate effectively with the team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to operate a forklift.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with team members.
