Process Operator
About The Position
Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is hiring a self-directed, outgoing Process Operator to help create a positive shopping experience for customers. This full-time role works in the Mitchell Road manufacturing facility, which produces deli and bakery products for the company’s 28 stores. The facility includes a fresh kitchen, bakery, sanitation team, research and development team, and quality assurance team. The Process Operator assembles and prepares deli products, supports production-line workflow, follows food safety and quality requirements, completes production paperwork, and helps maintain a safe and clean work area. The position offers a wage of $20.00–$22.00 per hour. The requested availability is Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with Fridays and Saturdays off.
Requirements
- Ability to operate machinery.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to interpret and follow precise instructions.
- Comply with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB, and other regulatory agency requirements, as well as good manufacturing practices.

- Manufacturing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare deli items, including salads, sandwiches, wraps, and ready-to-heat meals.
