Equispheres is currently looking to hire a Process Operator (Day Shift). You will be responsible for the set-up, reset and proper completion of the process run and processing of finished goods. You will be responsible for the preparation of the production process, such as preparing materials or fixtures for the process run ensuring that procedures and directives are diligently followed, and results communicated effectively. You will participate in the routine maintenance and additional support activates. The work involves manual labor as well as handling of small fragile parts.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Manual assembly skills – must be experienced in using workshop tools.
  • Able to follow detailed process instructions and operate plant machinery.
  • Must be diligent and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a production environment requiring physical activities.
  • Basic level computer skills are required.
  • Must agree to complete a background check as part of the recruitment process.
  • Flexibility to work shifts.

Nice To Haves

  • College diploma in mechanical (technician or technologist) is also an asset.
